Overview

Paint Front is a territory-control game published by Smash Life Development. This policy applies to the Paint Front app on Apple platforms and explains what information may be processed when you play, make a purchase, use online features, or view an ad.

Information we handle

Game and device information

Paint Front may process game progress, loadouts, settings, match history, scores, achievements, purchase status, app version, device type, operating-system information, diagnostics, and network connection information. Some game progress is stored on your device.

Game Center and online play

If you use Game Center or online multiplayer, the game may process your Game Center player identifier and display name, matchmaking rating, match configuration, gameplay commands, match outcomes, anti-cheat reports, and technical connection data needed to authenticate players and operate matches.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. Paint Front receives product and transaction information needed to unlock purchased content, restore purchases, validate transactions, and recognize the one-time Remove Ads purchase. We do not receive your full payment card details.

Advertising information

Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, diagnostics, approximate location inferred from an IP address, and consent choices to deliver, limit, measure, and protect advertisements. Availability depends on your region, settings, age-related requirements, and consent choices.

How information is used

• Run gameplay, save progress, and restore settings.

We require service providers that access personal information to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this policy and required by Apple's guidelines and applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Advertising partners may process information as described above, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights.

Advertising and consent

Paint Front displays banner and interstitial ads through Google AdMob. Where required, the app asks for privacy choices before requesting ads. You may be offered choices such as consent, managing individual purposes or partners, or declining consent. The choices shown depend on the laws that apply in your location.

On Apple devices, Paint Front may also ask for permission through App Tracking Transparency before the advertising service starts. If you decline, the game remains fully playable and AdMob may continue to provide ads without sending Apple's advertising identifier.

You can permanently disable in-app advertising by purchasing Remove Ads as a one-time App Store purchase. Removing ads stops Paint Front from requesting banner and interstitial ads, but it does not erase information previously processed by Apple, Google, or another provider under its own retention rules.

Permission to track activity across other companies' apps and websites is optional and is not required to play Paint Front.

Children and families

Paint Front is designed without text chat, voice chat, contact collection, or precise-location features. Parents and guardians can use Apple's purchase controls and device settings to manage purchases and privacy permissions.

We do not knowingly ask children to submit names, addresses, phone numbers, or other direct contact information through the game. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child provided personal information directly to us, contact us so we can review and address the request.

Your choices and rights

• Manage advertising consent when the privacy message is available.
• Allow or decline Apple's optional tracking permission.
• Purchase Remove Ads to stop ads inside Paint Front.
• Manage Game Center and App Store settings through Apple.
• Delete local app data by deleting the app, subject to device backups.
• Request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
• Object to or restrict certain processing where local law provides that right.

To make a privacy or deletion request, email us using the address below. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate relevant records. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, transactions, disputes, security, or legal compliance.

Retention, security, and transfers

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including operating the game, maintaining transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type and service provider.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, using protections required by applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when Paint Front, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or through the applicable store listing.
